Drawsheet is provided “as is”. It calculates and formats pay applications from the information you provide. It is not legal, accounting or contract advice. You are responsible for checking every amount, and for using the forms, wording, rates and attachments your contract requires, before you sign and submit an application.

Not AIA documents

Drawsheet's printouts use its own layout and wording in the style of the G702 and G703. They are not AIA Contract Documents. AIA, G702 and G703 are trademarks of The American Institute of Architects, which is not affiliated with and does not endorse Drawsheet.

Free plan

The free plan lets you build and check pay applications of any size and print or export up to a limited number of lines, for personal or business use.

Pro

Pro is licensed per person. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; the 7-day pass expires after 7 days. Refunds are available within 14 days if Drawsheet can't import your schedule of values or print your application correctly.

Acceptable use

Don't resell or redistribute license keys.

Trademarks

Excel and other names are trademarks of their respective owners. DrawFort, PayAppPro, Drawline, Drawra, BuildWorkPro and AIA Contract Documents are mentioned only for comparison. Drawsheet is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.
